BERRIEN SPRINGS, MICHIGAN – OCTOBER 2, 2025 – Honor Credit Union is proud to announce the promotion of Dr. Paige Eagan, Ph.D. to Director on its Board of Directors.
Elected to the role on September 16, 2025, following two years of service as an Associate Director, Dr. Eagan brings a wealth of professional experience, strong community engagement, and a deep commitment to Honor’s mission of providing financial solutions for its members.
“Over the 22 years I’ve lived in Southwest Michigan, I’ve seen firsthand Honor’s commitment to its community and its continued expansion into new ones,” said Dr. Eagan. “It’s an honor to contribute to an organization that shares my values of service, impact, and community empowerment.”
Dr. Eagan’s belief in the credit union movement was shaped early in life, having grown up in a credit union household. Her parents were long-time supporters and members, instilling in her the importance of cooperative principles and financial advocacy.
She has spent her career leading community-focused initiatives in higher education. She joined Kalamazoo Valley Community College in 2015 as the Dean of Math and Sciences and Co-Lead of Guided Pathways and currently serves as the college’s Provost and Vice President for Instruction and Student Services. Prior to that, she spent over a decade at Lake Michigan College as a chemistry faculty member, department chair, and Title III Grant Director.
With her leadership experience and deep-rooted passion for community service, Dr. Eagan is well- positioned to help guide Honor Credit Union into the future.
