To avoid disruption to your financial records, please review the information below and take a few simple steps.
Important Dates
Key Dates for Quicken & QuickBooks users.
Disruption Begins:
Friday, October 10 at 5:00 PM
At this time, connections to Quicken and QuickBooks will be temporarily unavailable.
Access Restored:
Tuesday, October 14, 2025
Starting October 14, you’ll be able to manually export your transactions from Online Banking and import them into Quicken or QuickBooks. Please note: Intuit advised it may take up to five business days after access is restored on October 14 to reconnect your accounts in those programs.
Quick Action Checklist
Before October 10: Download any needed transaction history from Quicken/QuickBooks
Mark your calendar to reconnect up to five days after October 14
After October 14: Reconnect your Honor accounts in Quicken/QuickBooks
Verify recent transactions and balances are syncing correctly
Resources/How To’s
After October 14:

▶️ QuickBooks Windows – Deactivate
Why This Matters
Your Intuit software pulls real-time data from your Honor accounts. During the upgrade, syncing will pause.
Without reconnecting, you may experience:
-
Outdated balances
-
Missing transactions
-
Inaccurate financial reports
-
Reconnecting ensures your records stay accurate and up to date.
