Option 1
Pros:
- Easy implementation
- Compliant with no personal identifiable information being sent or stored across our website and CUA servers
- Member path takes them right to the Contact Us form within personal or business online banking after signing in
- Minimal team member process change
Cons:
- This is not a great user experience as we are asking members to take extra steps to log in to their account to send a message
- I have no idea how the CUA forms would connect to Creatio
- This solution would have to be revisited when we depart from CUA online banking

Pros
- Easy implementation
- Compliant with no personal information on our website or our servers
- Can direct all form submissions to Contact Center OR to different departments based on their selection
- This solution is independent of WordPress and CUA and can remain in place after departure from them
- There are API and webhook connections to explore for Creatio: https://www.cognitoforms.com/support/66/data-integration/webhooks
Cons:
- This is a third party, so a risk assessment would need to be done
- I performed testing with my own email address but I would need to test submission process with Contact Center team
- There’s uncertainty about Creatio connection
