Please Note:

  • You will be able to enter the payment amount and the date you wish to initiate the payment. You will receive a confirmation to confirm payment details. If the information is correct, continue to submit your payment.
  • For electronic payments, the funds will be withdrawn on the selected payment send date. For check payments, the funds are withdrawn on the day the payee deposits the check.

*You will need the payee account information and billing zip code. You can also nick name the account for future use. If the organization or business does not accept electronic payments, you are able to send a check by clicking add check payee and entering the requested information.

Early Access To Your Direct Deposit3

An instant deposit is defined as early access to a direct deposit that is scheduled to post to your account. An instant deposit is a way for you to gain access to your funds sooner.

Skip a Loan Payment4

Wouldn’t it be nice to just skip next month’s loan payment? With our Skip-A-Pay program, you can. For a small application fee, you can free up some extra cash when you really need it without a penalty. Eligible loans include: auto, recreational vehicle, personal & more.

Online

The easiest and most convenient way to skip your next loan payment is through online banking, or the mobile app. Simply follow these three easy steps:

1. Log in to online banking or the mobile app

2. Find the eligible loan you wish to skip a payment on

3. Click the “SP” button, and follow the prompts

If you don’t use Honor’s online banking, you can still skip a loan payment by downloading the below and returning it to us via email, text, or by dropping it off at a local Honor member center.

If you don’t feel comfortable submitting your Skip-a-Pay form digitally, you can always drop it off at a local member center, or to make it easier, you can return it through a member center drive-thru.

4By completing a Skip-A-Payment you are requesting Honor Credit Union to advance the loan due date equal to one month’s payment. You understand that the current balance of the loan is extended by the amount of the payment skipped and that interest will continue to accrue on your loan balance throughout the deferred payment period, which may further extend the term of your loan. If there is more than one borrower on a loan, only one borrower is required to authorize a Skip-A-Payment request.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are member centers open?

Our member centers are fully open to serve you during normal business hours. You also have the option to schedule an appointment at a member center for specific needs.

Can I still send a wire transfer?

Yes. Members are able to do wire transfers in person at a member center, or over the phone by calling us at 800.442.2800 and speaking with one of our member specialists via video chat. We require video chat for all wire transfers, unless you have signed a recurring wire form with Honor.

Deadline: The cutoff time for wire transfers to be sent is 4:30pm EST Monday-Friday, as the Federal Reserve must be open for wires to be sent.

How do I enroll in online banking?

Enrolling in online banking is a breeze. To get started, all you need is your member number and social security number. To enroll, click here.

Will my online bill payment be posted as scheduled?

Yes. All online bill payments will be processed like normal.

Who do I contact about card disputes and fraud?

Please call our Virtual Member Center and speak with a member of our team to dispute any charges or report fraudulent activity.

How do I get a replacement debit or credit card?

Give us a call at 800.442.2800 and a member of our team will work with you to get a replacement card sent directly to you, or coordinate delivery to you through a member center drive-thru.

I’m financially impacted by the Coronavirus and afraid I may not be able to make my next loan payment(s). What should I do?

Rest assured, we’re in this together and we’re here for you. As your world changes, we will be here to provide the financial assistance you need. Our Skip-A-Payment program allows members with eligible loans to skip a monthly loan payment so they can keep up with other financial responsibilities. You can enroll online or by giving us a call at 800.442.2800.

Again, if you or your family are experiencing financial hardship because of the current public health situation, we can help. You’re the owner, tell us what you need.

Do I still have access to my funds if they come in through direct deposit?

Yes. Your funds will be deposited as expected. You can access your funds via online banking, mobile banking, and the Honor app. You can withdraw cash at ATMs and through drive-thru service at local member centers.

Can I still send a wire transfer?

Who do I contact about signing a loan that is in process?

If you are already working with a member specialist, they will be able to walk you through the process of signing your documents electronically. This can be done in person at a member center, or from within online banking, mobile banking, or the Honor app. You can also reach out to us at 800.442.2800 and one of our specialists from our Virtual Member Center will be able to assist you.

Can I still apply for a loan?

Yes. You can apply in person at a member center, or you can still apply for a loan or credit card online through our website.
